Join me for my signature six week pregnancy wellbeing course either in person (London) or online.

Online – Mondays 6.30-7.45pm 7th March to 11th April £90  

Join me for this six week online course. We’ll be doing yoga and gentle movement practises. We’ll practise optimal positions for labour and birth. We’ll do pelvic floor exercises and learn about the role of the pelvis in pregnancy. We’ll do breathing exercises and visualisations for ease of birth. We’ll do journalling, reflection and discussion. We’ll look at different considerations when creating a birth plan/birth preferences.

There will be audio and video materials for you to do in your own time and there will be written materials including (optional!) homework. There will be the opportunity to share your experiences and access to a private Facebook group to ask questions and build a community.
