I offer bespoke yoga, meditation and/or breath work sessions which are tailored to best suit the needs of your staff at all levels. These can be weekly rolling classes or set programmes, in a group or 1:1 format. They can be delivered on site (in London or surrounding areas) or online. I also offer perinatal (pregnancy and postnatal) wellbeing and support programmes for individuals or small groups within the workplace setting.
I have over three and a half years experience teaching yoga, meditation and breath work to both groups and individuals and have taught over 500 classes. I have created and successfully delivered different workshops focussing on different wellness topics, including a six week pregnancy wellbeing programme.
